1. Where is my order after I place it?

Once your order is submitted, it enters our automated production line immediately. 2. My package shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a bit early or leave them in secure drop-off locations around your property. If your box doesn’t appear within 24 hours of the notification, reach out to our support team and we will help you track it down.

3. Will my artwork stay private?

Absolutely. Your uploaded designs are securely processed and used strictly for executing your production run. You retain 100% ownership of your intellectual property and creative assets at all times.

4. Can I change my file after ordering?

Only if our production floor hasn’t started running your sheet yet. Because our turnaround is automated and high-velocity, the window to catch a file error is very small. Once printing begins, orders cannot be modified or swapped.

5. How does free shipping work?

Any order that crosses the $69 threshold automatically qualifies for free standard shipping directly at checkout. No promo codes required.

6. What fabrics work best with Inkstorm DTF transfers?

8. Why don’t you guarantee exact delivery dates?

While our internal factory production timeline is strictly locked, real-world transit times rely on external logistics, customs, and weather factors. We prefer giving you realistic, honest delivery estimates instead of overpromising.

9. Will the prints crack or fade over time?

Not when applied correctly. 10. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if production hasn't started. Because every single gang sheet is entirely custom-printed to your exact specifications, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once the film hits the print line.

11. What if there is a production issue?

If a technical defect or print error occurs on our side of the factory floor, we take full responsibility. We will review the issue and issue a rapid resolution to keep your business moving forward. Consistency is our core standard.

12. What file format works best for printing?

We require a 300 DPI transparent PNG file. Lower resolutions or background elements will directly impact print clarity and edge crispness on the final fabric (to ensure your artwork is configured flawlessly before exporting, read Blog #8: THE RULES OF FILE ENGINEERING).

13. Do you offer bulk pricing or multi-design options?

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR GANG SHEET CORRECTLY

Most real-world printing problems don’t actually originate on the factory production line—they come from the artboard file you upload. A graphic can look absolutely perfect on a bright computer screen and still print blurry, misaligned, or fuzzy on raw fabric if the file architecture is wrong. In high-quality DTF printing, the final retail quality is always determined before the upload button is pressed.
