Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed after successful payment.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- All products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Destination
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. cannot be processed.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may be subject to limitations depending on the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Order size
- All shipping fees are displayed clearly before checkout is completed.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 1-3 Business Days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable logistic services to ensure fast and secure delivery.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
- Inkstorm DTF is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Returned shipments due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
- InkstormDTF is not responsible for packages getting lost during the shipment. In such a case, the customer needs to fill out the contact form to inform the Customer support team that the package hasnt arrived.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at info@inkstormdtf.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
- Include your order number and clear photos if the package or product is damaged.
We will review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

8. Shipment Delays & National Holidays
- Please be aware that the shipment / order may get delayed due to national holidays or uncalculated risks during the shipment.
- Orders get produced and shipped on time, and may get delayed due to high order numbers or holidays during the shipment
