Return & Refund Policy – Inkstorm DTF

At Inkstorm DTF, all products are custom-made to order. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom Products & Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All DTF and UV-DTF transfers are made specifically for each order
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:
    1. Change of mind
    2. Incorrect file uploads
    3. Incorrect sizing, colors, or design choices
    4. Customer errors in artwork, dimensions, or order details

By placing an order, you confirm that your files and order details are correct.


2. File Quality Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the quality of the uploaded files.

  • We do not edit, correct, or optimize customer artwork unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
  • Issues such as low resolution, pixelation, color shifts, or transparency errors do not qualify for refunds.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing all files carefully before submitting your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Orders

We will replace or refund an order only if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The order received is incorrect due to our error

How to report an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email info@inkstormdtf.com
  • Include:
  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue
  3. Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


4. Shipping Issues

  • Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Inkstorm DTF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom printed DTF and UV-DTF transfers
  • Digital files
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Orders placed with incorrect customer information

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by Inkstorm DTF

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue, please contact us first.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in order refusal for future purchases.
  • We reserve the right to provide order files, production records, and policy acceptance as evidence in dispute cases.
