Welcome to Inkstorm DTF. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

• By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Services

• Inkstorm DTF specializes in custom-made DTF Transfers.
• All products are produced on demand based on customer-provided files.
• Product images, previews, and mockups are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product due to production variables.
• InkstormDTF does not accept custom order requests or design submissions via email or message. All orders must be created and finalized by the customer using the integrated gang sheet builder or other available design tools on our website before checkout.
• By completing the checkout process, the customer confirms that the uploaded file has been reviewed and approved for production. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the file will be printed exactly as uploaded, and no edits or corrections will be made by our team.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.
• In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

4. Custom Orders & File Responsibility

• Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy, size, colors, and resolution of uploaded files.
• Submitted sketches, photographs, or camera images are not automatically converted into print-ready files with a transparent background. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files meet the required specifications, including correct file format, resolution, and background transparency.
• We do not review or modify files unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the provided designs.

5. Shipping

• We ship exclusively within the United States.
• Processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Inkstorm DTF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by our error.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Inkstorm DTF and may not be used without written permission.
• Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork but grant Inkstorm DTF a non-exclusive right to reproduce the files for order fulfillment.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
• Contains hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal material
• Infringes on the rights of third parties
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing prohibited content.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Inkstorm DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
• We are not responsible for losses related to misuse, incorrect application, or improper handling of transfers.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inkstorm DTF from any claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of our services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights through submitted artwork

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Customers agree to contact Inkstorm DTF before initiating a chargeback.
• Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to submit order records, files, and policy acceptance as evidence.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

 

13. Color & Print Variations

Due to differences in monitor calibration, screen settings, printing processes, materials, and environmental factors, the colors displayed on digital screens may vary from the final printed product. Slight color variations between the uploaded design and the printed transfer are normal and do not constitute a defect.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that minor color differences may occur and do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or reprints.

 

14. Gang Sheet Builder Responsibility

Customers using the gang sheet builder are solely responsible for the placement, sizing, spacing, and layout of all uploaded designs. InkstormDTF does not review, modify, adjust, or correct gang sheet layouts created by customers.

All files and layouts will be printed exactly as submitted through the gang sheet builder. InkstormDTF is not responsible for errors related to incorrect sizing, overlapping designs, low resolution images, or improper file placement.

 

15. File Quality & Resolution Clause

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork meets the required print specifications, including resolution, dimensions, and transparency settings.

InkstormDTF does not guarantee print quality for files that are low resolution, improperly formatted, pixelated, compressed, or otherwise unsuitable for high-quality printing. Files will be printed exactly as submitted.

Orders containing low-quality files do not qualify for refunds or reprints.

 

Submitted sketches, photographs, screenshots, or camera images are not automatically converted into print-ready artwork. Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files contain transparent backgrounds and are properly prepared for DTF printing.
